“Life’s most urgent question is: What are you doing for others?”

-Martin Luther King Jr.

Our volunteers change lives every day. If you are interested in contributing your talents to a great cause, we hope you will join us. We are always watching for dedicated volunteers over the age of 14 who are willing to work with our horses and students each week.

Volunteer duties: side walking, grooming horses, organizing the tack-room, dusting the arena, working on the horse show/fundraiser, barn repair and maintenance, stacking hay and supervising students in lessons. No horse experience is necessary. Training is provided free of charge by Hope Farm Granville.

Our volunteers also need to complete a site-visit and a volunteer form before beginning work. Volunteers are scheduled individually to accommodate everyone’s schedules. We have volunteer positions for barn work, horse work, side-walkers, special-events and arena projects. We greatly appreciate all of the time, attention and fun that our volunteers bring each day to Hope Farm Granville. It is our goal to have our volunteers go home with a sense of satisfaction in having helped to improve someone’s life. We always hope that our volunteers have had some fun while they have been here as well.
